AGRANA's maltodextrins have neutral flavor and high solubility which make them ideal for adding mouth-feel to beverages, as a carrier for spray-dried liquids, and as a flow agent for dry mixes.


 AGENAMALT organic corn maltodextrins are available in three DE (dextrose equivalence) varieties:

Properties

  • Due to its excellent solubility in water, its neutral taste, and its good digestibility, AGENAMALT [20.234] is well suitable as a carrier for many dry mixes.

Applications

  • flavors, essences (as a carrier for spray-dried flavors)
